Sletning af konto og data

Hvis du har oprettet en Kurv-konto, kan du til enhver tid slette den direkte i appen under Konto → Slet konto.

Hvis du ikke længere har adgang til appen, kan du anmode om at få slettet din konto og de data, der er knyttet til den, ved at sende en mail til kontakt@kurv.nu fra den mailadresse, der er tilknyttet din Kurv-konto. Skriv “Slet konto” i emnefeltet.

Når du anmoder om sletning, bliver din Kurv-konto og de tilknyttede personoplysninger slettet, herunder eksempelvis gemte madplaner, præferencer og øvrige data, der er knyttet til kontoen, medmindre vi er juridisk forpligtede til at opbevare bestemte oplysninger i en længere periode.
